Communion

“The season has changed, the bondage of your barren winter has ended, and the season of hiding is over and gone. The rains have soaked the earth and left it bright with blossoming flowers.”

Song of Songs 2:11-12 TPT

I painted these flowers during the communion service and was thinking if the abundant life that comes when each of us shares what we have with the other as many plants do and so become the garden we were created to be where we all get the opportunity to bloom because of the communion we are sharing.

I have been so overwhelmed by the love and generosity of so many the Lord has brought to be family to me and my girls as we’ve been going through some very hard things. The gift of the suffering the glory of has been the love of others we’ve received.

A new season has arrived for me. A season of flowers and knowing of life beyond my wildest dreams…
