I painted this during the Bethel Healing School and it came from many encounters with birds and visions of wings I had during that time. As I was painting it, the canvas liteally flew off the stage and into the audience which has never happened to me before. The Lord's Presence was there in such a powerful way and it felt to me as if I had wings and flew away while I was painting.
During the last few weeks God has been doing something new with me. I am finding that when I put all else aside and turn all my energy and attention to worship Him intentionally for 5 or more minutes 3 or more times a day everything in my brain and nervous system begins to regulate on a much higher level of being.
I can be present with myself and others much more effectively when I am present with the Lord more frequently. In this way I am learning to live and operate out of a much higher place where my brain is no longer scattered or distracted or weary but focused and free.
The only word I can think of to describe what is happening to me is ascension because it seems I am growing new wings to fly up to be with Him in His glory. In this place of ascending I see Who He is and let go completely of me and that’s why I think it feels so free like a bird soaring on eagles wings.
